Pre-Loved Clothing Drive & Bringing Joy to Seniors
TAYLOR JOY: Hello there, my lovely friends! It’s time for another recap on the little acts of kindness, the moments that touch the hearts of so many people, and brought some sunshine into their days. And we just want to say thank you to all of the volunteers thus far. Not only have we seen so many cities, and barangays and towns around the world that are showing what it means to do good to those who need it, but we’ve also seen how these simple acts can bring a smile and joy to someone who might need a little kindness in their lives. So let’s see where we’re off to today!
The young students at Tartaria West Elementary were welcomed to a free meal sponsored by these kind INCGiving volunteers. Together they enjoyed their meals to help them get ready for some sweet learning!
Now this one really makes me smile. In Norwich, Norfolk, England, this group of volunteers held a singing for the elderly activity. The smiles on their faces say it all. Ready with their songs and some gift baskets, they enjoyed some quality time making memories for the elderly in their community. It’s such a sweet way to bring joy to our senior citizens.
Now, let’s head over to Thailand and whoa! Did you see their INCGiving shirts? It’s in Thai! That is so awesome! Just as awesome as that clean-up drive you’re holding!
And if you’re looking to get your own INC Giving shirt in Thai… or Japanese… or Italian… make sure to stop by incgiving.org to get ready for your next INC Giving activity!
Heading back to our lineup of happy moments, here’s a happy little moment in Tandag City, Philippines! Free coffee and pandesal (bread rolls) for their little community. Runners, students, people heading to work… now they have a free coffee and pandesal to start their day!
And this group went out to do some tree-planting together! Two big green thumbs up, indeed!
Let’s see what’s happening in Mambucal, Bacolod City! A clean-up drive! Wow I’m sure that place will clean-up real nice, and be another beautiful school for the students in the community.
Wow check out this amazing group of volunteers headed out together to clean up the sides of the road. Sweeping leaves and gathering up debris in their huge bags in Dulao, La Union.
Another cleanup drive in Guihulngan, Philippines. Beautiful views, beautiful sun, and beautiful volunteers doing their part to keep it that way!
Let’s check out what’s happening in Surigao Del Sur! Doing their part to clean-up a little by this road! Clearing the way helps keep the road safe for vehicles and pedestrians alike.
Free Spaghetti and water anyone? Well, on this little corner in Pilot, Quezon City, that’s exactly what they were sharing with passersby. It looks like everyone enjoyed themselves! I know I sure would, that spaghetti looks delicious.
Oh I love this activity! Free clothing drive! Some pre-loved clothing, getting a new home, going to someone who needs it. It’s such a great way to support our communities!
And last but never the least, a cleanup drive in M. H Del Pilar in Camanava. Cleaning our little areas really helps to spread more joy to those around us. Also did you see that ultra walis ting-ting broom on a stick? Stepping it up with our tools, I see!
Another INCGiving recap in the books. So many volunteers going out and doing good in their communities. If you guys have done your own INC Giving activity, whether it’s with a big group, or maybe just on your own, we want to hear about it! Don’t forget to head over to incgiving.org to submit your stories, or just tag us when you post on social media. Thank you all for taking the time to do good to those who need it. I’m Taylor Joy. Bye for now!
Anyone else craving spaghetti now? I’m ordering, let me know.
