PALAYA CITY, NUEVA ECIJA EAST, PHILIPPINES

Kimberly: When I was in the 9th grade and I was just 14 years old I drew this, and it took me about three hours, because I wanted my first drawing ever of Brother Eduardo to be perfect. My inspiration for drawing this picture is the effort of our Executive Minister and his upcoming birthday and the Anniversary of the Church.

This is the letter that came from our beloved Brother Eduardo. When I receive the letter I really wanted to jump for joy. I really couldn’t believe the happiness that I felt when I received it.

“Dear Sister Kimberly,

I would like to thank you for the portrait of me that you drew by hand. I was very delighted to discover it on Instagram.

‘Let your roots grow down into him and drop off nourishment from him.  See that you go on growing in the Lord, and become strong and vigorous in the truth you were taught. Let your lives overflow with joy and thanksgiving for all that he has done.’ (Colossians 2:7 The Living Bible)

Your Brother in Christ,

Eduardo V. Manalo”

I’m so happy because our Executive Minister appreciated the drawing I made. I didn’t expect that brother Eduardo would see my drawing because of course he’s so busy and with the works of the Church. So I’m so happy because he saw my drawing.

We know that many of our Worship Services are WebEx or

. So even though we aren’t with our Executive Minister, we can still watch him through video link, so I’m grateful, too, for the technology so that we can hear our Executive Minister. And of course for us to be active and so that no one will be separated from the Church.

It’s important to remember the efforts of the Administration, because it’s the Administration that will bring us closer to salvation.  Thank you very much Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, and thank you very much for your untiring concern for the Church of Christ.  I promise to be active in my duties, and I also promise that I will not be separated from the Church. Because in the Church this is where the true salvation is.
