By submitting any artwork (“Artwork”), the submitting party (”Artist”) irrevocably assigns, transfers, and conveys to the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) (“INC”) all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to the “Artwork”, including but not limited to all copyright and any related intellectual property rights.

Upon submission, the “INC” shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the ”Artwork” and all associated rights. “INC” shall have the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, broadcast, and publicly display, distribute, license, sublicense, and create derivative works from the ”Artwork”, in any manner or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, without further notice to or permission from the Artist and without any obligation to provide compensation or attribution.

The “Artist” warrants that the ”Artwork” is original, does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and that the “Artist” has full authority to transfer such rights to the “INC”. The ”Artist” agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the “INC” from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the “Artwork” or any breach of this disclaimer/waiver.
If any provision of this disclaimer/waiver is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while maintaining the original intent of the disclaimer/waiver.
